🌍 International Returns (Outside Australasia)

At Nexletica, we want you to love your purchase. If you're shopping from outside of Australia or New Zealand and need to return an item, here's what you need to know:

          Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items, underwear, and socks are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

          How to Return

  1. Contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) using a tracked international service of your choice.


Please note: Nexletica does not currently cover return shipping costs for international orders.


          Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, excluding shipping fees.

          Important Notes

  • We do not accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit—ensure your return is tracked and insured.

  • If the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
