How do I know if my order is on its way?

Do you ship orders on weekends?

Our team process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Meaning if you place an order after 4pm on Friday it won't be packed until the following Monday. When it comes to delivery of your order, each carrier has their own operating hours

What about customs fees?

Individual countries and their local authority are subject to change. Import taxes and fees are completely out of our control and must be paid by the recipient so we recommend contacting your local customs office to check if taxes apply and how much
